  • Stunning modern new house waiting for your visit. Come stay in this exquisite home among the trees, watch the fireflies flicker from the deck, while you sip your favorite beverage or BBQ your favorite dish. Fully equipped with a king bed, fireplace, coffee bar, beverage fridge, and great wifi. You can get a little work done, or just stream a movie. Close to the Hiwassee River and dock access if that's what floats your boat (or Kayak!). Or get needed downtime right before the big wedding.

Be sure to logout of your entertainment accounts on both TV's
Check out is 11:00 am however please let us know if you decide to leave earlier.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Unauthorised guests beyond what is stated in the reservation will result in a $100 per guest per night fee.
