"I was just out of luck, that’s all. Their system messed up my dates. Then room I was sent to was dirty. Then I was downgraded to a smaller room that was clean and available ( yet smaller and cheaper than I paid for). And on top of all, someone before me smoked in a room ( I don’t smoke). Good thing about the place - it’s in safe neighborhood as accommodation I stayed on Friday downtown Skopje, my car was broken into and my very expensive shoes and sample case got stolen. "Bare bones experience. No heat the first night. The electric heater in the room wasn’t strong enough to make a difference. Spiders and webs everywhere. The pillows were like rocks and we could feel the springs coming through the mattress. Bathrooms on the first floor. Bedrooms on the second floor. Understand what you’re renting before you go. This is a no frills stay. "
