Réveillés par le bruit à 7h30 du matin. Nous avons subi des nuisances sonores dues á des travaux (perceuse et choc sur les murs) dans l’appartement en dessous du notre, pendant 3 jours. A la fin de notre séjour de 2 semaines, d’autres travaux ont commencés sur notre palier pendant 2 jours. Visiblement le mois de juin est le mois des travaux dans le quartier pour préparer la pleine saison. Notre conciergerie locale Alfred Deauville est intervenue auprès des ouvriers sans succès pour faire cesser le bruit. Rangements inutilisables:Armoire normande dans la chambre fermée à clef, donc pièce encombrée inutilement.Grand dressing du couloir (descriptif de l’annonce), en fait un armoire encombré d’équipements ménagers. Propreté insuffisante:double rideaux,tête de lit, dessus armoires, toilettes,poussiéreuses,problématique pour les allergiques. Balcons et chaises de balcon sales à l’arrivée. Néanmoins bonne volonté de notre majordome ,Isabelle,pour remédier à ces inconvénients.
