We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Deauville in hypercentre, this charming bright and air-conditioned flat, at less than one kilometre of the beach, of a surface of 65 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room, an open plan fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two shower rooms. Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows  
\- a air-conditioned living room with TV, HiFi system and access to the balcony.  
\- an open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, toaster, microwave/oven, hotplates, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine...  
\- two air-conditioned bedrooms with two queen-size beds (160×200).  
\- two bathrooms with shower, WC.  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, baby bed, high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron, appliances connected and managed by home automation.
