  • Located in the seaside town of Deal, this charming cottage is just seconds from the award winning high street with it’s cafes, restaurants and independent shops, as well as a short stroll to the long promenade, with its iconic pier, seafront restaurants and pubs. Villa Vita is a charming home, tastefully decorated by the owner, and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The house has a cosy sitting room, a dining room and kitchen, and a delightful sunny courtyard. Upstairs are three spacious and light bedrooms and a large family bathroom.

    We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
    Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
    Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
    Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
    For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
    Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
    Parties and loud music are not permitted.

Great house in a great location

Villa Vita is a great house, spacious, comfortable, warm and welcoming. The location is super, a few steps to the independent shops and cafes at the north end of the high street and just 3 minutes to the beach. All the major shops within 5 minutes walk. We look forward to a return visit.

the perfect holiday home.

We have rented a property through Keepers Cottage before, but this one really stood out for us. The house was really super clean, always a pleasant start to your holiday. Villa Vita is comfortably furnished, and thanks to the conservatory and garden, you have just that little bit of extra space to relax. The house is located a very short walk from the center and the sea. In addition, there are 2 supermarkets a short distance away, and right outside the door is a small park where you can stroll through. Furthermore, parking was absolutely no problem, something that is always a plus in Deal. I can only say that Villa Vita received a solid 10 from us. So we know where we will be spending our next holiday in Deal.
