Once believed to have been a traditional shopfront, a nod to Deal’s rich maritime and trading history, the large picture window now fills the spacious sitting and dining room with natural light, creating a bright and inviting living space. The house has recently been renovated and tastefully decorated with seaside touches throughout. The small, but well-equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need for holiday meals. Upstairs across two floors, are two tastefully decorated bedrooms with the most wonderful sea views. You can wake up to the sound of the waves from the comfort of your bed. Step outside to discover a sweet little courtyard with table and chairs, a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine as the sun goes down. Just moments from Deal’s independent shops, award-winning eateries, and historic pier, Seaside Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Kent coast. Your four-legged friend is very welcome too. Free parking can be found on Beach Street (towards the Rowing Club). Dog friendly - one dog is welcome, downstairs only. My only quibbles were that the fridge/freezer was very small and that the lighting in the living room and small bedside lamps could be looked at. The traffic on Beach Street may be irritating to some people as it appears to have no speed limit.
