The apartment has a sitting room with a reading nook, a large bedroom, a contemporary bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy upper floor to use as you wish, giving you the option to watch the sunrise over the ocean or take in the sunsets over the pretty Georgian skylines. The beach, sailing club, and the cute Sea Café are all within a stone's throw away. This prime location is ideal for pleasant strolls and casual bike rides along the promenade to take you into town. Along the way, there is plenty to explore including the iconic pier, shoreside restaurants, cosy pubs, boutique shops, and artisan delis. For beautiful and scenic coastal walks, try the other direction to Walmer Castle, Kingsdown, or St. Margarets Bay. Property Description Keepers Cottages are thrilled to offer Pebble Cove in Deal, Kent. The owners have lovingly renovated this property to ensure it is of the very highest standard, providing extreme comfort for the best stay possible. The two-floor apartment is stylish yet homely with comfy furnishings, modern fittings, and quaint sea views. The apartment is full of natural light and offers breakout areas to enjoy depending on your needs. The cosy upper floor is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or a morning coffee, whilst taking in that sea view. The bedroom has been fitted with a kings size bed with fresh white linen and plump pillows for the best night's sleep. The apartment has rear access with free on-street parking. Pebble Cove is perfect for those active days out and entertaining nights in. Please note: weekend bookings require a Friday and Saturday night Ground floor The rear access front door leads into a communal hallway with two small flights of stairs to the top floor. Top floor apartment Sitting / Dining Room Within the sitting room, you will find a three-seater sofa, comfy bean bags, a reading snug under the stairs, and smart TV, not forgetting a sea view that offers spectacular sunrises on most days. A foldable dining table and chairs are available if you so wish. Kitchen A newly renovated kitchen with an electric hob/oven, fridge with icebox, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and Krups coffee machine. Bedroom The large bedroom comfortably sleeps two people, with a kingsize bed, bedside tables-lamps, a hanging rail, and a chest of drawers. Bathroom The new contemporary bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, WC, basin, heated towel rail, storage, and underfloor heating for those cold nights. Upper floor Stairs from the sitting room lead to the snug room with armchairs, a writing bureau, and a chair to work from. With windows in both directions, you can enjoy sunrise sea views at the front and sunset Georgian skylines at the rear.
