Wir waren mit 4 Personen und zwei Hunden in dem Ferienhaus. Der Kontakt zu Lisa war freundlich und sie hat schnell sich zurück gemeldet, als es ein kleines Problem gab ( wir haben das Inserat nicht richtig gelesen und das Haus gesucht) Wir fühlten uns alle gleich heimisch. Für uns war es perfekt. Tolles fast komplett eingezäuntes großes Grundstück. Natürlich nicht vergleichbar mit dem deutschen Standard, dennoch voll funktionabel. Die Küche hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mit dem großen Grundstück rundherum, war dies ein Genus für die Hunde. Die hatten viel Auslauf und konnten dort ungehemmt spielen. Die größeren Geschäfte haben wir natürlich weg gemacht. Kleiner Hinweis:Der Staubsauger im oberen Wohnbereich ist etwas schwach auf der Brust. Aufgußfilterhalter für Kaffee ist keiner vorhanden. Ansonsten alles Gut.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt.Das Haus war klasse. Super Ausstattung und Ülatz für die ganze Familie.Der absolute Hammer war der Garten. Riesen groß, mit einem Trampolin und top für Kinder zum spielen.Ich kann das Haus nir weiter empfehlen!

Huis van teleurstelling

Ons verblijf bleek een teleurstelling te zijn in dit verblijf. Uit de advertentie bleek uit niets dat de sauna apart betaald dient te worden. Verder word er royaal geadverteerd met extra's zoals een haard en vaatwasser enz. De waarheid is dat je zelf het hout moet regelen/betalen voor de haard en de vaatwasser is net groot genoeg voor 2 personen. Er zijn weliswaar genoeg slaapplekken voor 7 personen, echter is de woonkamer/eetkamer en keuken zo klein dat het meerder iets is voor 3/4 personen. De huiseigenaar is vriendelijk en hier viel niets over te zeggen, maar voor de prijs en hoe dit huis word geadverteerd hadden wij wel meer verwacht.

Nettes Haus mit tollem Garten

Die Urlaubstage in dem Haus waren sehr erholsam. Ein toller Garten und die Nähe zu den Stränden trugen auch dazu bei. Für Hobbyköche war die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Beim nächsten Texelurlaub würde ich wieder dieses Haus mieten.

Sehr gute Ausgangslage

Hervorzuheben ist der sehr angenehme, zuvorkommende und unterstützende Kontakt zur Vermieterin Lisa - Hut ab! Das Haus ist in einer sehr guten Ausgangslage und ruhig gelegen. Fahrräder konnten direkt nebenan im Bungalowpark ausgeliehen werden, das Ecomare, die Dünen und der Strand sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Die beiden größeren Orte De Koog sowie Den Burg sind ebenfalls fix erreichbar. Ein kleiner, gut sortierter Spar Supermarkt konnte fußläufig oder mit dem Rad schnell erreicht werden. Der einzige "Haken" ist das Bad im EG, dies könnte durchaus neu gemacht werden. Ansonsten sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus (inkl. Reinigungsmittel, Handseife, Spülmittel etc.). Gerne wieder! Wir wünschen Lisa und ihrer Familie eine tolle Zeit in ihrem Haus.

Tolle Unterkunft

Unser erster Urlaub auf Texel. Es war super. Das Haus ist sauber, vielleicht ein bisschen in die Jhare gekommen. Für uns spielte es keine Rolle. Es ist alles vorhanden und wir haben nichts vermisst. Ca.1,5km bis zum Strand Paal 17 und 3km nach De Koog. Wir kommen wieder!
