Our first room was filled with mold, dead cockroaches and outdated and basically disgusting. The hallways are disgusting too. The staff was disinterested in everything work related especially the woman that I talked to twice who was more interested in her phone. The pool was closed due to rain I was told. I understand lightning because I’m from Florida but there was no rain or lightning close by last night . We ended up staying with our daughter in her efficiency apartment because I was told I would be charged for room no matter what. This place should be shut down.
