"Room was clean. No coffee shop after 11am and no sundries store on site. Spa was nice. Rooftop bar was clean but you had to go inside to order drinks and food because I was told they weren’t busy enough to provide poolside service. There was about 25 people at pool."

"The room was amazing! The staff was very welcoming. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the heat went kept kicking on during this one particular day. We had maintenance come out while we were out and it was fixed for a short time. The heat kicked on again and the front desk staff said he couldn’t do anything because it was after 8 and they don’t call maintenance in for that issue. We had to pack up with our 2 kids and move to another room."

"We had a good stay overall. The property is on the bay side, so there is no direct beach access, but the free shuttle to the beach across the road was convenient. Driving to the beach is also an option. One thing to note is that a golf cart is not included with the package, so plan accordingly. The property itself is a bit dated, including some of the appliances, but it is very well maintained and comfortable for a short family trip. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beaches and nearby attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant and practical stay for the price."
