"The room was clean. The bathroom sink was clogged but they did come up and fix the issue. The door look continually stuck but we figured out how to get in. Other wise the beach and amenities were great. We say dolphins each morning at breakfast. Turtle nests each night. Being located between 2 piers it allowed for several great sightings. We were located near several restaurants for walking but not in the hub of activities which were great for us. We would stay again. Breakfast was good but the menu was lacking. The time of reservation parking was free. When we checked in it was $8. Not bad but would of been nice to of known prior to check in. Also parking is very limited so for a full motel not sure there would be enough to go around. Also the room doors are outside but not bad."

"The place and staff were great. The information at the time of reservation was not correct. It was NOT free parking or breakfast. That was a big factor for our reservation but did not find out the error until we checked in."
Lotus Boutique Inn & Suites

"This is a small hotel and easy to navigate. Our room was oceanfront and the stairs to go down to the pool area were right around the corner. Beautiful view of the ocean and the beach was not crowded. The breakfast is basically muffins or fruit, coffee, and yogurt. Not much, but it got us by until lunchtime. It was a good four days."

"The grounds were beautiful and we felt like we were on vacation and could relax. The interior of our room and the hallways were outdated and in need of a refresh. I don’t know if it was just our room as check in said “I need to check if the owner is still in the room” when we arrived early. Also, it’s very odd a resort of that size has no store to buy every day needs and snacks etc. If you stock up during the day it’s fine but if not there is no where to buy a soda, water or chips after 8pm when the onsite pizza place closes (which is on the opposite side of the resort via outside)."

"My stay at Max Beach Resort was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The views and amenities were incredible. The pool, the roof views access to the beach were all exceptional. I will stay there again in the future. Try a Barry Sanders drink, you won't regret it."
