"Ocean view room is worth it."

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the resort was a lot bigger than I expected and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I liked the text to room service a lot. The rooms were spacious, not 5 star resort clean, the floors were just a little sandy but that’s to be expected since the beach is just steps away. The balcony view to the beach was beautiful especially during sunrise. I would stay here again and recommend to friends. "

"Positives: balcony room, facing the ocean, the view and location are perfect. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Cons: fridge was disgusting and smelly - we couldn’t use it, the general smell of the hotel was disgusting. There were carpets in the hallways. Lots of weed smoking happening ("

"The rooms were clean and the pool area was neat and orderly. I loved the location to the beach and the staff was very helpful. I wish the breakfast was a little healthier but it was always stocked. Overall I feel it was a very very good choice for us to stay. "

"This hotel was recently updated and the pool area is very nice. Our room was nicely appointed however the flush lever on the toilet would spin around and I had to remove the lid to fix it multiple times after it was flushed. The pullout bed mattress had bad springs and our eight-year-old daughter could not sleep on it. The phones on the top floor were out of service. The walls and the door are thin and we could hear a lot of noise and people talking through them. We were also charged a $19 parking fee per day. Aside from this, the hotel is a good deal for the price as it’s located right on the beach with mini golf right across the street and again; the nicely updated rooms made up for the issues for the most part. "

"I needed a refund due to last minute issues beyond my control . The hotel told me they had no problem with doing the refund but it is Expedias department. Expedia told me the opposite and they called with me on hold and the the hotel answered then hung up and forwarded any other attempts to voice mail . Please help with my refund ."
