Newly constructed in 2022, this townhome community is located directly across from the ocean off of A1A. Enjoy privacy in these townhomes with the beach just a quick walk away. Located in peaceful Daytona Beach Shores, Oceans 25 Townhomes are ideally situated. Located a quick drive or walk over is the Shores Community Center which hosts many activities including tennis and pickleball. Oceans Gulf Club is also about a 1 minute drive away. Publix Grocery Store is a 2-3 minute drive away as well as many beach-side parks. Many local restaurants and shops are located within a mile or two of these townhomes as well.
This unique rental property includes two, side-by-side townhomes. Meaning, you receive a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, 2 two-car garages (4 vehicles in the garages total), 2 laundry rooms, a larger yard, and 2 kitchens. This is the perfect space for large groups who also like their privacy.
Each unit is furnished slightly differently but the layouts are the same. All of the bedrooms in both units include televisions and are on the second floor with everything else on the first floor. In the first unit, the primary suite holds 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite primary bathroom features a double vanity, separate water closet, and spacious walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has one queen bed while the second guest bedroom has two twin bunk beds. There is a full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo between both bedrooms.
In the second unit, the primary suite holds 1 king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite primary bathroom features a double vanity, separate water closet, and spacious walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms hold one queen bed each. There is a full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo between both bedrooms.
Heading downstairs in the both units you'll find the half bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, and living rooms. The kitchens comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and overlook the dining areas. The living rooms include comfortable furnishings, large smart TVs, and access to the patios. The patios include outdoor furniture and gas grills. You can also use the backyard to go between both units and feel free to spread out enjoy one big yard space between the two units.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
Please note that this townhome can accommodate up to 6 vehicle on-site or the motorcycle equivalent. There's 2, 2 car garages and then a additional vehicle may park in each driveway. We do not allow trailers or recreational vehicles to be parked on-site but we can refer you to an off-site parking company upon request which can accommodate both trailers and recreational vehicles.
Also to note that regardless of the refund received in the event of a cancellation the booking fee, although nominal, is never refundable.
To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

1. There is definitely NOT parking for 4 cars unless you all drive mini coopers.
2. The floors could use a better cleaning.
3. The place is nice and DID NOT have a musty smell like many beach places do.
4. Nice furnishings and beds were comfortable.
5. My opinion** windows in bedrooms need curtains as the blinds let in too much light at night and wakes you up early. Personally on vacation I may want to sleep past daylight.

Condos are clean and comfortable, not well managed.
Condos are nice. Beds are decent, pillows are pretty weak. The supplies are ridiculously minimal. Bring your own toilet paper, garbage bags, spices, coffee…. You name, there isn’t anything there. Maybe that’s the standard for Daytona, or that’s the norm for corporate managed VRBO… it was a first for us. And, we have used VRBO on four different continents.
All details of check in and internet in an email… no book of information inside… so if person with email was gone.. no one else knew anything. Internet didn’t work in one unit. When management was told, nno apology or anything. Simply, we will let the owner know.
Property backs up to water pump station, so lights are on all night and some noise.
Towels are poor quality and stained.
For the rental price, I expected more.
Very spacious, clean, fully stocked home. The location is perfect. Quick drive to Daytona Speedway, amazing beachside restaurants, and shopping. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood great for morning walks.
Amazing property - clean, new, modern, every and the beds were so comfortable. I wish all rentals were this nice. As a VRBO owner I give this rental a 10/10.
Wonderful property, clean, easy communication with the property management company. Plenty of towels and kitchenware. No toiletries, just good to note, but not an issue with stores close by. Would stay again!
The property worked out well for us as we had multiple families staying in the two units. It permitted us to be “together” but also allowed for privacy. One draw back currently is that walkable beach access is very difficult because of all the construction.
Very clean. Easy to check in and great communication with property manager. Not a ton to do within walking distance but lots just a few miles down the road.
The stay itself was great. Very convenient to all the locations that we visited. The only issues that we had was the trash pickups. Also one of the units didn't have a trashcan outside . We loved being able to walk to the beach with no problems.
