The Shores Club is one of the few condos in the area that has direct beach access via stairs and a beach ramp post the hurricanes in 2022\. The pool and pool deck are fully operational. Enhanced cleaning guidelines based on CDC recommendations and contactless check in and check out help ensure your safety during your stay. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic coast from the floor to ceiling windows in the light and airy living area and the spacious master suite. Relax on the balcony, listening to the waves crash and watching the sunrise over the ocean. Walk the sandy beach and see surfers and dolphins riding the waves. You can enjoy the view without cars in the way and your kids can play safely without the vehicle traffic on the beach. Amazing coastal wildlife everywhere! After a sun filled day enjoy a mouth watering meal at one of the many local restaurants serving fresh seafood along with live music. This entire 1251 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located on the 9th floor is yours to enjoy during your stay. Excellent 9th floor location provides a fantastic view of the ocean and the inter coastal waterway. Hi Def TVs throughout. The master bedroom has a king bed with a luxury mattress that you will sink into. A large Hi Def TV will allow you to unwind while laying in bed. There is a separate lighted dressing area that provides additional space to get ready for your day. The massive walk-in closet gives you ample space to store your things during your stay. There are is a luggage rack to make sure your suitcase is within arms reach. The master bath has a combination tub/shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds that will comfortably sleep 4 adults. You’ll enjoy the new mattresses that will assure a good nights rest. There is also a Hi Def TV for all your entertainment needs. The walk in closet will give additional space for all of your belongings. The second bathroom has a full shower. There are extra linens, pillows and blankets available to use should you need them. Plenty of towels for bath and beach are also available. There is a full kitchen with new stainless steal appliances. You will have everything needed to cook and serve meals. The dining room has a table with enough seating for 6\. Along with a bar with two barstools. The spacious and comfortable living area has enough seating for the whole family. The large wrap around leather couch with chaise lounge provides the perfect spot to stretch out and watch the ocean waves from the comfort of indoors. A leather swivel rocker recliner adds additional comfortable seating. There is a built in electric fireplace to cozy up in the evenings. Enjoy expansive views of the beach from the floor to ceiling windows. A dehumidifier will help ensure that the unit will remain comfortable during your stay. There is also an air purifier available within the unit to maintain the best air quality possible. Private washer and dryer are included with this unit. There are beach toys, sun umbrellas and beach chairs in the laundry room to make a day at the beach enjoyable. The balcony gives you a chance to enjoy breathtaking views up and down the Atlantic coast. A table with 4 chairs provides comfortable seating while enjoying the sounds of the waves crashing ashore. The rear balcony has seating to enjoy expansive views of the inter-coastal waterway. You can also comfortably watch the kids play on the sport’s courts from this balcony. The condo is exactly as described and was well-stocked with the little things which is always a plus. The Shores Club had great amenities as well, making the stay that much better. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us, a great kitchen to prepare our lunches for the day. Easy access straight out on the beach. The views were spectacular, waking up to a sunrise on the ocean was pretty special. All instructions were clear and concise, very easy to understand. The property was clean and well maintained. The property was well maintained and the condo was well furnished with comfortable beds and a great sectional sofa and recliner in the living room. Plenty of dishes and cookware in the kitchen. The owners were very responsive. The dehumidifier needed to be emptied a few times a day, but other than that we absolutely loved staying. We just finished our week stay at the condo and we really enjoyed our trip. We were in town for a national dance competition. And while the rest of our dance team were cramped in tiny hotel rooms at the Hilton, our family of 5 enjoyed having a spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. We had to drive to the Ocean Center daily but it was a short 15 minutes and well worth it for the space and quiet that the condo provided. The owners were excellent with getting back with me on any questions or issues I had. The view from the balcony was amazing!! We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and nightly glasses of wine as we talked about our day. The king bed in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud. We also took full advantage of the kitchen and laundry machine that the condo offered. We hate eating out 3 meals a day while on vacation, so being able to have home cooked meals was a perk.
