We were treated like family by our host, Charley Vega, and the other residents in the condo complex....great neighbours. There are only 12 units so it's a very friendly building. Watching the sunrise from this location is nothing shy of breathtaking. The neighbours are very friendly and pleasant and are willing to assist you at any time. The grounds are well groomed and maintained on a regular basis. You are close to all the amenities that the Daytona Beach area offers. We happen to be there for Bikeweek 2015 and found it an easy access to all the venues. The owner, Charley, is extremely pleasant to deal with and always available if you have any questions or concerns. The view was spectacular, the other people in the condo were warm and welcoming, the condo itself was very well equipped, and comfortable. New appliances, king sized bed, excellent TV and phone services. The condo was very clean and the bedrooms were both very large. The owner was very responsive and welcoming, and God willing we would return again. The area itself has many restaurants including some with live music and many points of interest.
