Step into the perfect beach vacation getaway at the brand new Aruba condominium community, just built in 2021\. Located on the first floor with easy walk out access to the pool and beach, decorated tastefully and perfectly appointed with all of the cares of home. No elevator rides needed here, just walk right out to your beachside oasis! Owned as a family condo, the space is cared for as such and operated by the owners. During your stay, we are only a phone call away! Aruba includes all the amenities: seasonally heated pool with large pool deck, hot tub, fitness room and underground parking. As soon as you walk in, you look straight out to the ocean. The Kitchen is brand new with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops and all of the comforts of home including Keurig, blender, toaster and any kitchen amenity you could need! The eat-in kitchen offers a bar and open dining space with seating for eight. The living room has a smart TV, cable and queen pull out sofa bed with direct access to the pool deck through the sliding glass doors. No need for stairs or elevators, walk straight in and drop your bags and worries at the door! The master bedroom is the ultimate oasis with a picture window with views of the Atlantic, smart TV, walk-in closet and private master bathroom with walk in shower and double vanity. The room has a spacious master closet. Inside the unit, you have 2 bedrooms at the front which have windows to the hallway. All rooms are outfitted with room darkening curtains. One of these bedrooms is attached to a bathroom and there is a second door in this bathroom which leads out to the hallway. The Main bedroom faces the ocean and has it's own private bathroom with shower and two sinks. There is a brand new kitchen with granite countertops and all of the kitchen appliances and items you may need for a week at the beach. There is also in-unit laundry. The unit has all your needs for a day at the beach including an umbrella, chairs, beach toys and beach towels. And, the space has a full size washer/dryer for your use inside the unit. Paper products are provided for you to get you started such as toilet paper, paper towels and tissues. We also provide dishwashing detergent and laundry soap! We provide necessities for kids as well such as a pack n' play, sound machine and booster seat for meals as well as children's cups, plates and utensils. One hour and 30 mins will get you to Disney, and only an hour 15 mins from Orlando International Airport! The back porch has a table with four chairs. Walk straight off the patio to the pool deck and around the corner to the beach. Take a short walk down to the pier, take in the sounds of the rolling waves from the pool deck or just relax in the perfectly appointed condo. The condo was perfect for our grandchild being on the bottom floor. We walked out directly to the pool. The condo was decorated nicely and we had all the comforts of home. The home made it easy for everyone to have a great time & go to the beach. Parking was easy. We were close to great restaurants, Crabby Joe's on the pier became a fast favorite. I’ve never seen such a well-stocked kitchen. The accommodations were as advertised. There were always plenty of chairs by the pool. The views from first floor are spectacular. It easily fit our family of 8\. We loved the condo. It’s was beautiful. Walking right out to the pool and the beach was a huge benefit. Communication with Stephanie was also excellent. Beautifully decorated and awesome back door access to pool deck. Great communication from host! She thought of everything! All of the little added touches made it a very relaxed stay. The condo was great. Everything was clean and neat. The “little” touches like shampoo/conditioner/bodywash in the bathrooms, a snack basket and water in the kitchen made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. Checkin was simple and Stephanie answered all questions quickly. The place is nicely decorated and furnished for 8 people to be comfortable. We will be back😀 ##### Laurilyn G. This condo was amazing! First, the beds and pillows were excellent. The furniture was comfortable and set up to be very user friendly. The view of the ocean from the patio was perfect. The whole condo is set up to be guest friendly and has everything you need. Getting in and out with the key codes and not having to bring a physical key everywhere was great! Communication with Stefanie is so easy. She wants you to have a good time, relax and enjoy, so she has things set up to keep the stress levels down. This was my second time renting on of her units and I will seek hers out to book again!! ##### Julie M. Super clean with everything you can imagine. Don’t bring towels, they have plenty! There were nine of us and plenty of beach towels to go around. No need to bring your own cooler, or wagon, literally they have it all! Even though it’s first floor, you still have a beautiful view of the ocean. Pool was very warm! Super convenient parking right out front of the condo. We didn’t even use the garage! CVS is right down the street, with plenty of beach shops in the area. Amazing, amazing, amazing.
