Furnishings, kitchen and baths were great, as were the views. The wrap around balcony gave us options to get out of the wind. The balcony faces south and west so we could get sun at anytime. The windows opened 6-8” which was enough for great breezes but ensured kids wouldn’t fall out. Great area for walking, running, biking. Pool and deck out back are still being worked on but it looks like they are getting close to finishing. So all together I am going with a 9.5 out of 10 (only because of pool / deck). Great stay. The condo is still fairly new with nice finishes. The location is great, in a quiet part of Daytona Beach Shores. The last hurricane took out the pool and beach access, so it's a few blocks to the beach, but that is only temporary and the same for all the properties in the area.
