If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. Fully fenced in yard! Please keep dogs on a leash for the safety and respect of other guests. Other guests could potentially have pets on the property during your stay as well.
Home built in the 1930s, but fully renovated with lots of charm!
No local guests. Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days.
Photo government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation will be required to be sent to the host within 24hrs of booking.
Parking is only allowed in the designated on-street parking area on the street behind the property (3 min walk) & you must park with the flow of traffic.
Guests are to provide their own charcoal if they would like to use the grill
$15 pet fee per pet per night. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $180 per animal per month .
4 or more pets is by approval only and price varies.

This property is located right behind the Ocean Center with no neighbors on one side. The Daytona Lagoon waterpark is a 3 minute walk away and the boardwalk and beach are a 5 minute walk away!

There is a portable 2 burner cook top, microwave, coffee maker and all utensils and cookware needed for a great meal! In the bedroom, you will find a large walk in closet a high end plush memory foam queen bed with cooling technology & an en suite custom bathroom! Everything is new at this fully renovated apartment!

Sleeps 2. 1 queen sofa sleeper bed with memory foam mattress, dining room table with seating for 4, blackout curtains with roll down blinds, 4K Fire TV with Apple TV and Spectrum TV Package.

Sleeps 2. Queen memory foam bed with a pack n play in the closet. Independen AC Unit for the bedroom, blackout curtains, roll down blinds,

Quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, portable 2 burner cooktop, pots and pans, cookware, toaster oven, microwave, dishes, plates, glasses, silverware, coffee mugs, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, first aid kit, soaps, sponge and trash can.
