This beautiful two-story home combines soaring ceilings, inviting living spaces, ocean-view balconies, a private hot tub, game room, and fully fenced backyard. It's a wonderful setting for families and friends to relax and enjoy time together.

The home features five separate bedrooms across two floors.



**FIRST FLOOR**



- **Primary Suite:** King bed with private en-suite bathroom.

- **Bedroom 2 – Twin Trundle Room:** A separate bedroom near the front entrance featuring two Twin sleeping spaces, a dresser, TV, and front-yard views.

- **Half Bathroom:** Conveniently located on the first floor.



**SECOND FLOOR**



- **Bedroom 3:** King bed.

- **Bedroom 4:** King bed.

- **Bedroom 5 – Kids' Bunk Room:** Four Twin sleeping spaces, including a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed and a Twin trundle bed.

- **Two Full Bathrooms:** Conveniently located on the second floor.



Fresh bed linens and towels are provided.

The Atlantic Ocean is just a short walk from the home, with designated beach access at the end of Ocean Street. There's no need to drive for a relaxing beach day.



**BIKING**



Bicycles are provided for guest use. The surrounding Marineland Acres area offers scenic coastal roads and access to Palm Coast's walking and biking trails.



**DRIVING**



We recommend a car for grocery shopping, dining, sightseeing, and exploring nearby attractions.

Scenic A1A provides convenient access to Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, historic St. Augustine, and the Daytona Beach area.



**PARKING**



On-site parking is available for registered guests.

**RENTAL AGREEMENT**



After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement electronically through our property management system. The agreement must be signed before check-in instructions and property access information can be provided.



**PETS**



OceanView Paradise is pet-friendly.



- Pet fee: $100 per pet, per stay, plus applicable tax.



Please include your pets in your reservation or contact us if adding a pet after booking. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture.



**HOT TUB SAFETY**



Please rinse off all sand before entering the hot tub and follow the posted operating and safety instructions.

Children must be appropriately supervised around the hot tub at all times.



**BEACH ACCESS & DUNE PROTECTION**



Please use the designated beach crossover at the end of Ocean Street.

Walking on, climbing, or disturbing the protected dunes is prohibited. Always use designated beach access paths to help preserve Florida's fragile coastal environment.



**SEA TURTLE NESTING SEASON**



Sea turtle nesting season runs from May through October.

During this period, please respect marked nesting areas, avoid disturbing turtles or nests, minimize beachfront lighting, and never use flash photography around nesting turtles or hatchlings.



**HOUSE RULES**



- No smoking anywhere on the property.

- No parties or unauthorized events.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

- Children must be supervised around the outdoor fire pit.
