This unit features brand new living room furnishings with full size sleeper in the couch. All the bedding has been upgraded throughout the unit! You\`ll feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. For entertainment each room has it\`s own flat panel TV! The living room and second king bedroom also have high definition programming. This unit has just been updated with the 3rd bedroom & new carpet throughout. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and features an extra large corner Jacuzzi tub. The Jacuzzi tub is separate and private from the water closet & shower. This way each can be used individually. The guest bedroom offers 2 full sized beds and the 3rd bedroom features a queen bed and large closet! Each bedroom has it\`s own private access. The unit will sleep 10 using the living room sleeper. The living room features a panoramic view and large balcony. The full kitchen opens into the dining and living room area letting everyone enjoy the spectacular ocean views. (9 of us)it was at the Daytona speedway. About 15 or so minutes away from the resort. It was one of the best trips we took. The location was perfect. On the beach. In the middle of restaurants and shopping. Two pools, a lazy river and hot tubs all open till midnight. After a long day at the festival we came back and went in the pool/hot tub. The staff was so friendly and helpful. communication with the owner was fast and friendly. buy your own bag of ice, it’s just easier than going all the way down to fill up the ice bucket. There are only 2 parking passes but the public lot is only 15 a day. Would stay here again. Beautiful ocean views and sunrise. Lots of towels. The view from the balcony is incredible, overlooks the beach and ocean. The condo was very clean and tidy, and communication with Scott was great. He made the process easy and was very clear about the check-in and checkout process. Would definitely recommend. ##### William E. Everyone had a great time. The room layout is nice, plenty of room for two families. The location and amenities of the complex were perfect, we especially enjoyed all the pools and hot tubs. The room had good furnishings, except the beds seem a bit worn out and the fridge did not stay as cold as it should. The condo was nice but could use some cleaning. Mattress in guest room was not comfortable at all and new sheets would have been nice. Property was beautiful and appeared to be nicest in the area. Central location close to everything and beautiful beach. Condo was clean, very roomy and had all necessities. Amazing view, pool, beach, shops and restaurants very close. My only recommendations are: provide a few more dish washer pods, hand soap and some better quality beach gear. Maybe a beach chair or two. My only real issue was the condo security. There is no secondary deadbolt or chain lock from the inside like normal hotel rooms. My toddler was able to open the door and exit the condo because it automatically unlocks when you pull on the handle and there are two exits and I had to watch non stop or he would escape. So scary. Overall an amazing vacation property and we would come back in a heartbeat! ##### Scott S. The condo unit was awesome!! Spacious, had everything we needed!. Parking in the North Tower garage 3 of the evenings was awful. It was full, guards were still allowing cars in. You get to the top, no way of turning around(having a Chevrolet Silverado truck was terrible). People were were parking against walls, on the down ramps. Security guards wouldn't let us park in the South Tower garage. Had to pay for parking in other garages a few times. We were told by the security guards it happens all the time because the Wyndham owners give out too many parking passes. Billiard tables were closed alot, hours were not posted for COVID. Everything was as advertised! Property manager was great to work with and we had a wonderful vacay! If I have any suggestions it would be that they need a couple more skillets ….we like to cook big breakfast and one skillet made that a challenge. Not a complaint, just a suggestion. Pros - location (near the pier and right on the beach), good indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, children’s water play area, water park across the street, beds are comfy, ability to cook meals in condo, beach is nice, walking distance to restaurants and entertainment, overall a lot to do here. Cons - indoor mini golf closed, not enough elevators for building ( if it starts raining and everyone comes in at once long wait to get elevator), and water slide closed. Overall a good stay even though it rained A LOT so hard to enjoy the beach and outdoor stuff for us but that’s August in Florida. We did not have any issues with the parking garage but I did see people parked on the ramps up, not sure why as there was open spots. We would book again. ##### Jennifer G.
