Our brand new studio located on the 7th floor, boasts two queen-size beds, comfortable for up to four guests. The well-appointed kitchenette has all the essentials for preparing meals. Enjoy the best amenities offered by the gorgeous Harbor Beach Resort including, an ocean-facing outdoor swimming pool, gym, laundry, and free parking. Stay close to the boardwalk, Daytona 500, Excellent restaurants, shops, entertainment, exciting attractions, and landmarks!

**The Space**
Located on the 7th floor, our smoke-free studio condo is thoughtfully equipped to elevate your trip.

The kitchenette features a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, a cooktop, cooking utensils, a microwave, and a toaster. Whether you choose to craft meals in the well-stocked kitchen, utilize the poolside BBQ grills, or explore the array of local dining options, you have plenty of choices.

Additionally, we provide complimentary coffee, cream, sugar, beach towels, beach chairs, Iron, and iron board. Stay entertained and connected with our TV and WiFi amenities, ensuring an enjoyable stay.

The studio is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ RING DOORBELL SECURITY CAMERA ★
To ensure the maximum safety of our guests, we've installed a front-facing door camera covering the entrance to the condo.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them (except for service animals)

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
