DIRECT OCEAN VIEW BALCONY-New pool!!!!

Our studio condo is bigger than most hotel rooms with 530 square feet. One bed is a queen murphy bed and the other a queen hide a bed. If you have 4 adults it will be a tight fit, like staying in a double queen hotel room. But it has a full kitchen and a direct ocean front balcony. Just an FYI to make sure we meet your expectations.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED and support animal documentation from a PHYSICIAN will need to be provided for review.

Our building was built in the 1970's and is not perfect. Everything we are in control of as owners we do 100%, but it is not new construction. Our hope is to keep an oceanfront stay affordable and host guests that appreciate the balcony view, easy beach access, full kitchen and many other amenities. As you can see by our reviews, we have had many happy guests. We hope you will be our next!

Perfect area for walking the beach and going to our favorite pub— the oyster pub. Great service and friendly atmosphere. Loved the Ormond Elks Club and Port Orange Elks Club.

Jeep Beach 2025!

We were there for the Jeep Beach 2025 event and we had a blast! We were hardly in the room but the morning sunrises were beautiful from the room balcony. Bed was comfortable and place was clean. The host was very informative and available. Would stay here again.

Excellent Stay at Daytona Beach Club

My overall experience was wonderful. Place was clean and fully equipped with all that was needed during my stay. Location was perfect and felt safe since there was security on the premises. This property was perfect for my son and I. Very accommodating, great location for shops, food, entertainment. Beautiful pool, ocean view from the balcony. Owner was awesome to communicate with, responded instantly and was willing to out of their way! Recommend this place if anyone is wanting to stay at Daytona beach. Fully stocked with the essentials. Awesome view!

Check in is super easy. The kitchen was really nice with plenty of counter space. Loved the balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. Condo was very clean. Bathroom was nice. Laurie is absolutely amazing! Very fast response time to messages. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is more about me. My friend and I are senior ladies and both have physical issues which made the Murphy bed and sleeper sofa too heavy for us. But it’s an all around great place to stay. Sending many thanks to Laurie for having patience with me!

This was a wonderful little property that was described exactly as it looked and felt like. Just perfect for a couple nights right on the ocean. Also, Laurie was amazing To work with and to communicate with the property, she has taken care of all the amenities for sure.

A 4-day stay

The view was the best part, overlooking the ocean and beach. Very clean and the bed was just right for sleeping. Not much room to put suitcase/bags, but manageable for 2 people.

New Year's getaway!

I was looking for a little sunshine and relaxation! This condo met all my needs! The sunrise view is amazing!The description was 100% accurate all accommodations were met. Communication was amazing from the time I booked it to the time until I checked out. I would definitely recommend this place to somebody’s looking for a getaway on a beach. I had a double amazing night of fireworks from the balcony at Midnight (Main street to the right and The Hardrock to the left. Just perfect the whole experience.
