Sleeps 5 Max - Master bedroom with king bed and private bath. Has an incredibly large window view of the ocean with sliding glass doors for balcony access from the living room and Master. 2nd Bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed. Full Bath with Walk-in shower included for 2nd bedroom.

Full-size kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Full-size dining room table. All the kitchen amenities are available in order to prepare all meals.

The living room has plenty of seating.

Balcony with high-top lounge chairs and table for amazing views of the ocean.

You even have your own private full size washing machine and dryer available for use when needed.

Please note there is a chance of outside maintenance during business hours which may lead to some noise. This will not impact access to beach or poor areas.

Perfect location

The condo is in a great spot on the beach. There were amazing tide pools and it is not on the driving part so I was able to relax while the kids played. The beds were comfortable. It is not fancy but it met the needs of my family of 5.

This property was better than advertised. It was in a great location that is closed off from vehicles driving on the beach. The whole family enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. The location of the building was very easily accessible to leave and return to the property. The condo was stocked with all the basics we needed as well as stuff to take to the beach. We would definitely stay here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The balcony and views are exceptional. A value for the money. The condo felt larger than we expected and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils making food preparation very easy. Host was easy to communicate with. We stayed for a week in the beginning of March and loved our stay. My parents stay at Blue Surf next door so this was a great option for us. The kitchen was well stocked with new appliances and anything else we could need. Lots of beach towels, chairs & amenities. We had one minor issue with the shower and Michelle was quick to respond and get everything taken care of which was awesome. Even though they were updating windows and working on the patio, it did not stop us for enjoying the pool and the beach each day. Truly enjoyed waking up each morning to a beautiful sunrise, that can't be beat. I would highly recommend renting from the Gregory's.

The pictures don’t do it justice. This place is absolutely beautiful. It’s so comfortable and surprisingly it was well stocked like I did not expect that at all. Very clean. Absolutely perfect being on the sixth floor. I never had any issues there in the unit nor the building or parking lot. It was just all very smooth sailing. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anybody that would be going to the Daytona area.BTW, The beds were very comfortable.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay with our family at this well equipped condo. It had everything we needed although we ran out of toilet paper. (We were told that they didn’t supply personal items). Really? So we bought our own. I later reviewed the listing and it did in fact say toilet paper was included. Besides that, there was quick communication when needed and we enjoyed the condo and the amenities. There is garage parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is tough to find. I would return with our family.

Nice Condo with Stunning Views

Our recent stay at the Two-Bedroom Condo in Daytona Beach, Florida was nothing short of spectacular. Here’s what we liked about this beachfront gem: 1. Stunning Sunrise Views: Each morning, we were greeted by a breathtaking sunrise that painted the sky in hues of pink, orange, and gold. The ocean-facing balcony became our favorite spot to sip coffee and watch the day begin. 2. Prime Location: This condo is close to plenty of good restaurants. Whether you crave fresh seafood, juicy burgers, or exotic cuisine, you’ll find it all within a few miles. 3. Fun Activities Abound: From beach volleyball to paddleboarding, there’s no shortage of fun activities near the condo. We rented bikes and explored the scenic coastline, and the nearby Daytona Beach Boardwalk kept us entertained with its arcades, shops, and carnival rides. 4. Comfortable Amenities: The condo itself was a cozy haven. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to whip up our own meals when we weren’t dining out. The comfy beds ensured restful nights, and the spacious living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of sun and play. 5.Beachfront Bliss: A mere few steps led us to the soft sands of Daytona Beach. We relaxed in the sun, took long walks along the shore, and dipped in the refreshing water of the Atlantic ocean. The sound of crashing waves was our constant companion. 6. Resort-Style Extras: The condo complex offered fantastic amenities, including a heated pool, and a fitness center.

Ask Questions!!!

A few things we should have been told: 1. Location of laundry and advertised beach chairs. It wasn’t until the last day we were there that we asked another resident where the laundry was located and they pointed it out! Went all week with no beach chairs because they were in the laundry room! AND we were expected to wash the towels we used! 2. There was daily noises construction going on… from 8AM until 5 PM. According to another resident owners were informed MONTHS ago of the dates…which should have been communicated to us. 3. We had to take out trash, wash towels. No soap, no dishwasher soap, no beach chairs, no toilet paper, no laundry detergent. We paid a cleaning fee!!!! No clean blankets for pull out…very smelly Parking garage opener doesn’t work, manager said not his problem…….Owners problem! Shower doesn’t stay hot. Insufficient info shared with us. 4. We probably wouldn’t recommend renting this unit although the condo location was perfect and the views were beautiful. All this to say…communication is the key. With a few improvements would have given better reviews.
