This spacious 1,800 square feet oceanfront condo is fully equipped, on the 2nd floor and easily accessed by stairs or 2 elevators. We have all the comforts of home: 5 beds, 2 cribs, linens, toiletries, small appliances, kitchenware, 4 flat screen TV's with cable, WiFi, dvd player and washer/dryer with detergent. You forgot something? We probably have it, from first aid supplies to coffee. Fantastic 180 degree views help make our home the perfect place to relax. Unlike many beachfront condos, we have blackout curtains in the primary bedroom so the morning sun doesn’t wake you too early. The sensation of sitting on the beach can be felt from our large oceanfront balcony. Most rooms have a great view to watch people, waves, dolphins, pelicans, seagulls, egrets, whales and sandpipers. We have earned our five star ratings with great prices, beautiful accommodations and truth in advertising. We provide excellent customer service and are available most waking hours by phone or text. We are only an hour away from the condo so are able to respond quickly in case of emergency. Daytona Beach Shores is home to many activities, restaurants and shopping. We are only 20 minutes to the speedway and the NASCAR experience, 15 minutes to the boardwalk, 30 minutes to the zoo with tree top zip lining, and an hour from Orlando with it’s many theme parks. Daytona has a water park, go carts, arcade, roller coaster and is home to lots of concerts. See a rocket launch at Kennedy Space Center from our beach or take an hour drive to see it up close. There’s several charter fishing boats at local marinas as well as dolphin sightseeing tours. We cater to families by offering a secured building, two elevators, car free beach, two cribs, toys, stroller and portable high chair/booster seat. We also have pool and beach gear for your use: towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and toys. Shores Club Condominiums is a beautiful and renovated complex where all 77 units have a 180 degree view of the beach. Many of the units are vacation rentals which is perfect for a multi-family gathering. The complex has a heated saltwater pool, sauna, 2 gas grills, 4 picnic tables, library, clubhouse, adult game room and an exercise room overlooking the ocean. We have one reserved space in the parking garage and outside parking is free based on first come, first serve. There are recreation courts with equipment for tennis, pickle ball, basketball and shuffleboard. The entrances to the complex and our condo have a keypad entry system. There are security cameras at our front door and throughout the common areas of the complex. We also have a two bedroom condo on the second floor, in the event you need multiple units. The location, view, cleanliness, helpfulness of the host as well as the building staff were above and beyond my expectations.It was like walking into a cozy, well equiped home. We booked this last minute and are so happy we were able to get it. Lovely condo with all the amenities you could ask for. I cannot overstate how nice it was to have so many towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. including multiple cribs for our 6 month year old to use. The complex is nice and clean. Parking was easy. We found plenty of things to do and some good places to eat out. The condo was clean and very well stocked. Each of the three bedrooms had its own bathroom which was a plus, especially when getting ready in the morning. The owner was very helpful with a small issue we had, and she even allowed us to check out a little later since no renters were arriving that day. It had all we needed for our family and very young child...high chair, crib, beach toys, etc. Additionally the unit was stocked with everything you needed to start off with and then some to the point where if you couldn't find it, then you probably really didn't need it. This property was by far the best place I have ever stayed at. The layout, furniture, and views were amazing. The king bed.. Like a cloud! I havent slept that good in months. What else do you need besides a great condo to go with it! Kim was great and very attentive! Condo is exactly as described and what our family needed! Clean and well kept, plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 teenage boys to spread out. Double sized balcony fronts the no-drive beach, with a spectacular view. MBR also faces the beach. Has a very comfortable King bed, and we could watch the sun coming up over the ocean from it each morning. Kitchen has everything we needed, and owner provided a closet full of beach gear for our use, (chairs, umbrellas, toys). Also had baby crib in MBR closet, but we were still able to fit our clothes in. Owner was quickly responsive to any questions that came up during our stay. 5 stars, would definitely book again. ##### Susan P. There is a reason this condo has the ratings it does! We came to Daytona with our three children as we have for the past few years. By far, this was the most well-stocked, well-located condo we’ve been to. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The first thing we noticed when arriving late at night was how it was sparkling clean. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency back home our vacation was a little interrupted and we are already planning our return back to this specific place. The photos really don’t do justice to what this place looks like with sun pouring in, with views of waves crashing and dolphins jumping. We had an amazing experience at the pool as well. The building is well taken care of, the lobby smells AMAZING, and we cannot wait to be back! You don’t have to bring any beach gear or towels! Also we were able to utilize the cribs allowing us not to bring bulky baby gear. What a blessing!! ##### Laura H. We had an absolutely wonderful time at this condo! I am from the area so we went back to visit friends. It is such a great place to have friends/family visit with. The layout made it easy to cook and watch the kiddos, chat with friends, or just enjoy the view. We had a great time at the pool and the beach just can't be beat! The views, oh my!! The owner was so responsive to everything which we greatly appreciated. The only very minor pieces to consider - the primary bedroom can get hot. They do provide extra fans, black out curtains and you can adjust the dampers but it took about 1-2 days for it to get to our liking (we like it cold!) so just FYI. The rest of the condo stayed really cool the whole time. The other piece is I brought our small baby (10 months) and the entire condo is tile with no rugs or soft floor coverings - because it's at the beach, which I totally understand - but my mother in law had a heck of a time chasing around our busy, wobbly baby who had a few tumbles. Even with that, we would 100% stay here again. Absolutely fabulous! ##### Alex K. My family of 5, ages 20-64 stayed here for a week at the beginning of Aug 2024\. We have stayed in many condos but this is by far the most well equipped. They have everything you need. Lots of bath towels which is so nice to not have to launder them so often to have fresh ones. Tons of beach towels, fully loaded kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, nice fridge w/working ice maker, spices, sugar, pot & pans, you name it. They also have some board games & books. One of the things I liked most was the storage room right outside of the unit that was FULL of beach gear including umbrellas & chairs, sand toys & a wagon to transport it all. I loved the bracelets so we could scan into the beach gate & bldg & not have to enter the key code but even having a key code is much nicer than a key. There is a garage parking spot but the clearance is pretty low, 6ft 8in I belive so our suv would not fit. But there were spots in the lot. Very spacious & clean condo. Clean elevators & lobby. The only negative thing I can say, and this isn't the condo owners fault, but the pool could have been cleaner. I didn't see anyone clean it while we were there & there was quite a bit of sand in it & the steps to get in are slick! I definitely plan to book this unit again. We also liked being on the 2nd floor, it's an end unit so we took the steps alot which are right by the unit. Owner is very responsive. ##### Michelle R. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and condo was stocked with a lot of extra needs. We will definitely consider staying here again. The condo is always clean and welcoming, has enough room for us. Our two kids and their families each have a bedroom and bathroom to themselves. It’s so easy to get to the beach and all beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and toys are provided! We also love the location-walking to Crabby Joes is something we do often.
