Daytona Beach Resort continues to undergo restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage sustained in 2022.
While many amenities are open and operational, portions of the resort remain in various phases of repair and construction. Some exterior areas, pool decks, and common spaces may show visible signs of ongoing restoration.
South Pool & Deck: The south outdoor pool and surrounding deck, visible from Unit 208's private balcony, are currently closed for restoration. Guests can still enjoy the open north outdoor pool and indoor pool.
Seawall Construction: Seawall construction is ongoing and may result in daytime noise, dust, construction equipment, and temporary work areas, particularly along the south side of the resort. Construction schedules and activity levels may vary.
Resort Appearance: Certain exterior and common areas may appear dated or unfinished while restoration work continues.
Our privately managed condo remains clean, comfortable, fully furnished, and operational. Guests continue to enjoy its spacious accommodations, oceanfront balcony, direct beach access, and available resort amenities.
Our pricing takes the ongoing resort restoration into consideration, offering guests an opportunity to enjoy an oceanfront vacation while improvements continue.
