The property was exactly as described in the listing, and we enjoyed our stay overall. During our visit, we encountered an unexpected issue, but we contacted the owner right away. She responded immediately, handled the situation professionally, brought in the appropriate help to address it, and even provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. While no one hopes to experience an unexpected problem while traveling, we appreciated how quickly and fairly the owner worked to make things right. Her responsiveness and customer service were excellent.
