    I did not like our room because the carpet on one side of the bed was totally wet. We called the front desk and asked for something to put over it (like a carpet). They said they had no carpets. We said towels. We were given one bath size towel and 2 very small, wash cloth size, which didn't begin to help. I had to get out of bed at the bottom and not the side, which disturbed my husband. When I told the person at the desk in the morning. He said it was because of the rain on that side of the building. It had NOT rained prior to our going to bed. I asked for an adjustment in our bill and was told I had to contact you.

    For our room it had a very mildew like smell. The phone power outlet were broken near the bed. The shower pressure was low and the toilet didn’t flush properly. We were only there 2 nights so I didn’t make a big deal especially since we spent more time away from the room than on it. The guy who checked us in the day we arrived was great…the rest of the desk staff were just there.

    This is a basic hotel, which is fine if you’re looking for a one night stay. However, and unfortunately, there was black mold on the window seal in our room and it was very humid. I let the manager know, and they’re aware. But it’s definitely something that should’ve been resolved before we stayed in the room.

    Tried to check in at 1:30 pm, which is a bit early. The guy at the desk did not even see if a room was available; he simply told us we couldn't check in. As we had plans that afternoon and evening, we weren't able to get back to the hotel until nearly midnight. The new front desk guy could not find our reservation. After studying the confirmation on my phone for what felt like forever, he finally gave us a room. When we got to the room, there was a large floor dryer running in the room, and it smelled very musty. We went back to the front desk, and he was able to give us another room.

    This was the worst bed I have ever attempted to sleep on. It was literally on a metal box/platform. I had to drag over a bench to be able to get in bed it was so high. It was so hard I had to resort to the pull out couch, which was its own torture. We were also unlucky enough to be placed on the 4th floor on the side facing oncoming highway traffic so the sound barrier did nothing and it was incredibly loud. Breakfast was ok and the pool was nice but had limited hours.

    Hotel was clean and easy to find, easy to park, and well maintained. The breakfast was nice, and having coffee in the lobby daily was a nice touch. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed while we were there.

    This is my second time staying at this hotel, and Unfortunately it is going downhill. It wasn't as clean, lots of hairs in the bathroom and tiny cobwebs around, but also the bed covers were pulled and shabby. The sheets were clean and the breakfast was fine, but the overall feel is that it isn't being kept up well.

    Rooms were clean. Housekeeping was great. Breakfast great each morning. WiFi was off all day on Tuesday. Woke up it was on but very boring because the tv is connected to the WiFi. Person at desk did not have a timetable for when it would be back on. Came back on I guess around 2 am I was sleep but I trust my teenager. Pool was murky. Could not see bottom so pool definitely needs cleaning. 2nd time staying 1st time with these issues. I would stay agin because the facilities are clean breakfast is great and no drama or craziness on the property. Ran very well ice water n the lobby for anyone which is a nice touch

    The property is set back, but close to an interstate. It felt safe and secure there. "Bob" was extremely wonderful at the front desk. He is personable, courteous and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good, but it was the same every morning for the most part. It was something to get your day started. The suites are spacious and the small kitchen area is set off from the beds, which made it nice. The carpets in the rooms on the 2nd floor need to be replaced. Without the air conditioning running, the rooms had a very funky smell because of the carpeting. I had to buy air freshener and run the AC cold to tolerate the smell. I recommended to staff to ask to have them changed in the future. The beds are comfortable and the towels and bedding are clean. The couch in the room is uncomfortable, and the mattress for the pull-out couch needs to be replaced. Not comfortable at all sleeping on the pull-out. The floors in the rooms need to be cleaned better, especially in the bathroom corners. The pool area is very well maintained. The lobby and hallways are also very well maintained and very clean. Loved the color schemes in the hotel lobby, hallways and the rooms. The side door never locked though, so anybody could come in and out of that door without a hotel key, however, we felt safe there even though there seemed to be only one individual on duty in the evening. Overall, a pretty good stay at this hotel.

    The room was ok but the bed was on a metal base that popped and squeaked. The pillows were weird also, small and flat. And the room had a strange smell when we arrived, like old cleaner in dirty water. The hotel was also loud; you can hear through the walls and the cleaning staff was loud early in the morning.
