Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
0/10 SMELLS HORIFFIC! Smoke everywhere will leave u with headache - do not book.this house smelled horrendous - smelled like smoke immediately upon arrival we started trying to air out the smoke smell which was so bad it left us with headaches all weekend. I tried contacting host about it referencing how the host would have video footage of us complaining about smell, headaches, and opening windows throughout the stay and including immediately upon arrival & host (who also occupies the residence as primary residence) stated that she wished we told her upon arrival and she didn’t smell anything but that there was a strict no smoking policy …… lol! The TV was covered in smoke. I would never recommend anyone stays here please save urself the booking it’s not worth the location. None of us smoke & as soon as we walked in there was a HORRIFIC smoke smell everywhere. I’m contacting vrbo to file a complaint due to host negligence and trying to complain with her first :( especially since it was on camera I don’t see how it’s disputable. very bad stay 0/10 and I’ve used vrbo many times never once had a house that smelled SO BAD.
