Clean room. Shower head is old and very low, even for an average height. The toilet was not really low to the ground as well. Carpets are old and outdated as far as appearance goes. The customer service was great. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming.

I have been dealing with hotels for the last few weeks getting home to Iowa for VA medical Care I have been dealing with a lot of madness with hotels from Des Moines and other cities but this one was truly the best of everything I have stayed in so far especially because it was right on the edge of my hometown Davenport I saw all the reviews about Lucky and she is absolutely amazing very Hands-On with the customers very detailed so you know everything you need to know when you're checking in and out I was very impressed with the quiet calm cool attitude and was able to get a couple of nights of good sleep finally this place is a blessing and it was at a good price as well thank you Lucky and staff what an amazing place. It is also conveniently located off the freeway so that you can go exploring Iowa the rivers and everything else around my great state.

This is an older hotel so keep that in mind. It was very clean and did not have any bad smells. Some stuff could use updating. The front desk staff was simply amazing. We were greeted with a smile each time we came and went. The lady that checked us in upgraded us to a suite without us even mentioning it. She was the absolute best! Wish I could remember her name.

This is the second Quality Inn that I've been to in the last year that was subpar. The room felt and smelled dank (damp and mildewy), and the bottle of conditioner had clearly been opened and half-used, which made me question how well the room had been serviced. Also, I could smell marijuana smoke in the bathroom -- coming in through the vents or from next door. On the plus side, the staff was exceedingly nice and friendly.

My stay at this property was so much better than I could've expected. Both young women who assisted at check-in and check-out were amazingly friendly and helpful! The room was perfectly clean and even smelled clean ... even the a/c was clean-smelling. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. I woke up to breakfast offerings that were above and beyond what I could ask for at a property like this. Excellent!
