The room was clean, parking was easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The only issue I encountered was with the sink faucet. The faucet is not well matched to the size of the sink. The water stream is very narrow, and part of the water splashes onto the countertop instead of flowing directly into the sink. It would be great if this could be improved.

This is a great hotel right next to Kinnick Stadium and the University of Iowa Hospitals. The entire staff were so friendly. I stayed during a snow storm so I could be close to the hospital where they were transferring my mom. The lobby bar/restaurant has great food and drink selections.
