Liked the room and the safety that the location provided. Overall it was very nice for the price. My complaints are more to do with the lack of communication on how to check in. When I first booked I was sent an IM and asked to call to get check in directions. Never could get anyone. Finally we made arrangements (after multiple calls to Expedia and an email address being exchanged) for my fiance to go to the location and check in as my flight didn't arrive until midnight. She went to the guards as instructed at the time specified and no one knew a thing about it. Livid I had my fiance attempt to call again and they arranged to leave the keys in a mailbox. They really need to work on clear and precise check in instructions and set up a voice mail on the phone number they ask you to call and simply call back the next day and then be specific and give ALL details needed to check in. It was like pulling teeth to get clear instructions. Once in, all was fine. The owners never bothered us and did message and ask if we needed anything. Great overall just a really bad check in. Hopefully they have learned from this. Oh and one last thing. Switch your pillows to the end of the bed otherwise the AC will be blowing in your face and you will wake up with a scratchy throat.
