It includes a parking space suitable for one standard family car or two smaller cars. Despite its tranquil location, the property is just a five-minute walk from Dartmouth’s bustling town centre. Home to a wide selection of independent shops and some of the best restaurants in the county, so make sure you enjoy all that the town has to offer! For those wanting to venture further afield, there are so many activities and attractions a stone’s throw away. Families with adventurous young explorers are sure to love nearby Woodlands, where all-weather fun is guaranteed.
