The property has stunning estuary views of Kingswear and the mouth of the River Dart.



    Located just a 5-minute walk away from the centre of Dartmouth, with its many boutique shops, cafés and high quality restaurants to enjoy. Dartmouth is also home to the impressive Britannia Royal Naval College and, being a waterside town, Dartmouth is the ideal place to sit back and watch the boats go by.





    There are some great beaches in the area, the closest being Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands, which are just a 15-minute drive away. There really is so much to do in the region, from zoos to museums or, alternatively, you could just take it easy and enjoy the spectacular natural beauty right on the doorstep.
