The unique historical features of the property were well-preserved and maintained. The room could benefit from a refresh, but it was still clean and in good working order. Great views from the room. "This is a retreat hotel for treating people with cancer. I didn’t know that until after I arrived. I didn’t see anyone who was unwell. We I researched the property I realised it’s history. I thought wow, a massage chair in my room, cool European shower with jets etc, a gym and a chapel where I could light incense and candles. Filtered water is available, a fireplace in the eating area and very clean bedding. Whilst the room was small with no wardrobe, I only had an overnight bag and could cope....
