About this property

"Take the Scenic Route"

  • This beautiful home is nestled in the middle of a 9 acre property with oaks and natural surrounding. With it's rustic décor, spacious 5 bedrooms and relaxing back porch. This 3600 sq ft home is perfect for work or vacation. Large master, walk-in shower, and pool table upstairs. The town of Fairhope is a brief 10 minute drive. also minutes away from Tryon sport park, 40 minutes to the beaches of Gulf Shores and brief ride to the interstate.
    This house also has an outdoor shower for the get back to nature kind of folks, barbque pit, wood burning fire place and outdoors fire pit. Come enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
    Parties and special events are not allowed without special request.

    Some great spots visit are Allagator Ally, Alabama Battle Ship, Bellingrath Gardens, beautiful white sandy beaches and so much more. If you are hear on business the house has internet access, Mobile is 30 minutes away and Pensacola is 1 hour away.
    Other things to note
    It is important to remember that it is a wooded property and with is comes critters. We have deer, coyote and snakes. The cats keep the critters away from the house. We keep the grass cut and you are welcome to walk around the property, just keep your eyes open.....
