Breakfast was terrible not much to choose from. As for rolls of toilet paper was given partial rolls from another room. Rooms were clean. It’s really all I can say about it.
Room was clean but smelled like there was a dead mouse in the wall or something. Breakfast wasn't much of anything. Nothing hot unless you wanted a waffle. No bagels or muffins. Only cold cereal. I didn't see oatmeal either. Very poor breakfast. Staff was great and parking was ample. We will stay again. This was our second stay. I'd love the building to be more secure - the side doors open where anyone could enter
There were no trash bags in the room, stains on linens, towels, furniture and shower curtain, the pool was out of order which was one reason we booked, the Apple juice tasted spoiled, then disgustingly, I noticed gnats around the juice dispenser. We requested a 5am CST wake up call because the hotel was on CST, right next to the EST boarder and our phones kept randomly switching time zones (as hotel staff thoughtfully warned us). They agreeably said they would call. No one did.
The shower had nice hot water which was the one redeeming quality.
Very disappointed.
This hotel was a great value for the price. The building and lobby looked well kept and clean. The front desk staff was attentive and quick. Our bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious enough for my husband who is wheelchair bound. The room could have been cleaned better, but it was adequate. The air conditioner didn't work upon arrival, but a polite repair man showed up quickly to do the repairs. Overall, I recommend this place for people who just need a quiet night's sleep in a decent place.
Room was very clean and up to date. Check in was easy. Breakfast could have had more variety.

Good Location, Great Deal, Excellent Staff, Above Average in all regards. Stayed here to stay away from the overpriced, overcrowded, fare for the Ohio State Football game at Illinois.
Hotel is clean and everything was fine. I stayed for a week.
If there's anything I can ding them for is they kept giving me used TV remote control batteries instead of just installing new batteries, so I had to go down to the front desk and get them changed every day.
I'll probably be back next week on my way back from where I'm going this weekend.
We had a quick overnight stay on a 6000km road trip. We stayed in 6 different hotels during our journey. All the hotels we stayed in were in the same category. I had my best sleep at this hotel. We travelled with our own pillows, so I cannot comment on the pillows, but the bed was very comfy, and the room was easy to maintain at a consistent temperature. It is an older hotel, but it is clean. Just don't expect the Hampton.
There were no unpleasant smells. Not my favourite to arrive at a hotel, only to have it smell like an Indian restaurant. Don't get me wrong, I love Indian food; I just don't want my hotel to smell of it.
This hotel has new owners who are working very hard to make your stay as happy as possible.
Although we didn't stay for breakfast, we finally had half and half for our morning coffee. ( not huge fans of the US non dairy creamers that have way too many ingredients) Even though breakfast hours were almost over, she put out fresh fruit, so we grabbed bananas for the road.
Thanks to the owners and good luck in your endeavours:)
