Very good!

Its a very nicely run hotel. We enjoyed our stay alot the staff made it feel special and nothing seemed to much trouble.

Well positioned for every excursion, great pool, excellent breakfast options (I’m gluten free)

Great hotel in great location with great staff. Used as a base for Christmas Markets and it was perfect. Loved every minute of our 3 night stay - but it is quite expensive !

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was smart and quirky and the staff very helpful and friendly

Beautiful hotel, great location

Centrally located, walking distance from many of the main tourist sights. So many good food options nearby too. Definitely recommend for a lovely stay.

We had a 2 night pre Xmas stay and what a hotel we chose. Perfect central location for everything. Shopping, markets and our river cruse. Everything was within a 10 min walk. Hotel fantastic. Breakfasts superb and wonderful staff and service. Faultless.

Lovely hotel , very comfortable spacious room . Everything was perfect . Excellent area within walking distance to the river , shops , restaurants and places of interest. We would definitely return to this hotel again

We had a lovely stay at Das Tigra, conveniently located to city centre . The breakfast was excellent .The only unfortunate thing was the Chambermaid staff did not pay attention to detail, eg requested non feather bedding but feather pillows were on the bed, Tea and hair products were not replaced daily. The cleaning of the bathroom was not up to standard. However the front of house staff were very attentive and remedied the issues . I would return if these issues are addressed.

The Hotel is located in a quiet inner lane. However, a 200 metre walk beings us to the Suburban Metro Station and the main roads of the city. There is a departmental store and a few restaurants as well in the vicinity of the hotel. It is quite conveniently located for covering some of the tourist parts of the city on foot, though it's a long walk. Anyway, the beauty of Budapest lies in walking and using its tram services. Very nice and modern hotel. It’s clean throughout and well kept and has some good facilities on site.

My wife and I have just returned from a 4 day/3 night stay at the Oktogon Haggenmacher to celebrate our wedding anniversary. First of all the hotel is visually stunning, the rooms are clean and well appointed too. We opted for a top floor double superior room with breakfast included. The breakfast itself was delicious with a wide selection of food available. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the Danube and surrounding attractions, I would suggest buying a city card as this...

The check in online process was really easy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. This hotel is perfectly positioned to walk and explore Budapest, with endless lovely pubs and restaurants nearby.
