The living room has comfortable seating, fireplace, and brand new 55 Smart TV with premium cable channels. The patio off the living room and kitchen are adjoined and make for additional outdoor living space with comfortable seating, Grill and separate laundry room with washer and dryer. All the amenities you need to have a fun and comfortable vacation. This location allows easy access to all Southern California Destinations :Laguna Beach, Newport Beach , San Clemente and more!This location is about 1.5 miles to the beach and features a great walking path that winds along the Waldorf Astoria Golf Course under Pacific Coast Highway and ends at the Ritz Carlton. Major nearby hotels include: Waldorf Astoria Resort (walking distance), Ritz Carlton, Montage in Laguna Beach (about 5 miles north) and the Laguna Cliffs Marriott. Looking for a great beach vacation? Salt Creek Beach and Strand Beach are a short 5 minute drive or 15-20 min walk away. These are both great beaches ideal for swimming and/or surfing.
