Ideally located in Irving, TX, just 10-15 minutes from DFW Airport, offering a peaceful retreat from the city. With two master suites one upstairs and one on the main floor. The open-concept living area includes an expansive living room with a fireplace, overlooking the fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Enjoy a game room featuring a 3-in-1 entertainment table with pool, air hockey, and table tennis for fun. Just steps away is a private, indoor pool, perfect for year-round relaxation. **Pool not heated**

**House Rules**
No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted.
We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM).
Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed.

It was clean, it was beautifully decorated, well thought out, and the perfect private getaway for me and my partner. It was the absolute best. Communication from the property owners was top notch.

Lack of clear, accurate login instructions. Never received pool heat instructions and to be honest I assumed it just would turn on...ive never had to mess with that before, but later in rereading host messages to count the visible amount of additional check-in codes host sent me...i saw a message that said i will send you check-in instructions and pool heater instructions closer to check-in date. Check-in process at house was an almost 3 hour event because wrong codes kept being given, two from host and "a few more" from customer service. Amenities radical! Most comfortable beds and pillows we've ever had at a rental.Host was extremely responsive throughout.
