o Cleanliness: You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet(s) both indoors and outdoors. Report any mess or damage immediately.  
o Behavior: Pets must be well-behaved and not disturb other guests or neighbors. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in immediate booking termination without a refund.  
o Furniture: Pets are not allowed on furniture (beds, sofas, chairs). Please bring your pet’s bed or blanket.  
o Leash/Containment: Pets must be leashed or appropriately contained when outside the unit.  
• Payment:  
A resolution link for the pet fee will be sent the day before arrival. Door codes will not be activated until payment is completed.

Additional cleaning services are available at $100 per hour.  
• Smoking-Any Kind: $1,000 charge, possible cleaning fees, and a $500 ozone treatment.  
• Lost Items:  
o Lost key/key fob or parking access swipe card: $300  
o Lost parking pass tag: $150  
o Failure to send a photo of any keys, passes, or remotes: $50 charge

We will conduct monthly inspections with a 24-hour notice.

We got to the place and immediately upon arrival we had issues. The place was not ready for us to stay in as there was trash, rotten food in the fridge, wet towels in the washer, and unmade bed. I tried to get in contact with the host and she was unresponsive. A cleaning lady came and offered to clean the room and apologized about the lateness and actually did more to resolve the issues with our situation than the actual host. We were told management was overbooked because of txou weekend and they forgot to clean our room because they didn’t realize it was a same day check in. I find this really hard to believe considering I was in contact with the host and let her know about our arrival time the day we were coming. When I finally got in contact with the host she wasn’t really apologetic and I had to tell her she needed to make it right, she wasn’t offering a solution. The rest of the stay was okay after that, I’m just incredibly disappointed with how the host handled the situation and how poorly management was. I do not recommend this place to stay at all
