In all honesty, my spouse and I never got even to see the room. The instructions to get into the room were difficult to download. When we finally got the check-in process started, the critical fob needed to access the entryway and elevator to the room. The host doesn't have a direct contact number, and Vrbo customer service had to be the third-party intervenor (which was time-consuming). Given the location and lack of parking, we almost got towed waiting for the host to assist us in getting upstairs. Consequently, I missed the event I traveled to town to attend. Hopefully, other guests will have better luck
