I must say it exceeded all of our expectations. The townhome was beautifully designed, with a modern interior that instantly made us feel at home. The spacious living areas and bedrooms were not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable. Each bedroom was well-appointed with comfortable beds and linens, with extra mattresses and blankets in the closets if needed. The open-concept layout allowed for easy flow between the kitchen, dining area, and the cozy living room, making it perfect for our group of coworkers to cook and watch movies after the conference we were attending. There were board games on both sides of the townhomes we could choose from, making our stay even more memorable laughing at our Scattergories answers. In addition, the private yard space and balconies off the main suites ensured we could all have our own private work or relax space as well. The convenience of having six bathrooms was also a game-changer. The location of the townhome was fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. We were able to explore the area without any hassle, making the most of our vacation. In summary, our stay at this 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom townhome was nothing short of exceptional. It was everything we expected and more. I highly recommend this property and its lovely hosts! ##### Dre B. Lots of space. Beds comfortable. Well appointed. Quiet at night. Convenient to great places to eat and pretty much anywhere you want to get to in Dallas.The bad & ugly - the bathrooms need a serious deep cleaning. Clearly neglected. The amount of buildup of mold, mildew, grime, and hair does not happen overnight. Either the cleaning crew is missing the mark or the owner is. To charge 275 for cleaning and have the bathrooms in the state they are in is just wrong. Pictures and documentation was submitted to owner, and no offer of even partial compensation/reimbursement was offered. All we were offered was “thank you for letting us know”, and “sorry it didn’t meet your standards of cleanliness.” The bathrooms are gross, plain and simple. To be clear, we did not represent this until after our stay, as we were only there for 36 hours and it made no sense for such a short stay. If the owners would actually clean the bathrooms, as well as fix all the cracking drywall in the ceilings throughout both homes, this would be closer to 5 stars.Also, as a point of information, be aware that these two townhomes DO NOT connect with each other in the interior, only via walking outside through the connecting back yard or through the garage or through the exterior entrance. This is a bit awkward for groups renting both sides. ##### Brian C.
