This 575 sqft unit is on the third floor of a Garden Style apartment complex. The property is a small apartment complex consisting of 36 apartment homes. There are a few Airbnb units in this complex. All units has the same floor plan and size. If we are fully occupied on the unit you want please ask about our other units.. The neighborhood is in north Dallas. Great for an easy and short commute to places of work, major medical centers, SMU university, entertainment and event venues. You may hear traffic noise from the property as we are convenient access to major roads. We offer a nicely appointed & affordable stay in Dallas. We look forward to hosting you. Located off a side road to the freeway. Auto shops border the property next to the Airbnb. Urban noises are to be expected during business hours and occasionally on non business hours. Guests should expect medium-high noise levels. LATE FEE: Check out time is strictly at 11am. We do not offer late check outs. Our late fee is $100\. Furniture was old and falling apart, Lamp in bedroom had to be unplugged or the lightbulb unscrewed to turn off. Kitchen only had 1 skillet and 2 pots. Not adequate for people who don't eat out much. Couldnt get hot water in kitchen, no rags or towels to clean up with. Couldnt get the wifi to work and no response from host other than which one are you trying to connect to. Bed was old spring mattress with foam on top and only has sheet and old comforter on it, no other blankets provided. A dresser would have been nice or at least more than 6 hangers for out clothes (we stayed 5 days). They provided 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 2 people for 5 day stay. This unit definitely needs updating. We made it through 5 days but would not stay there again. solution from host. ##### Terri W.
