All our questions were answered at a timely matter and never left us wondering what we needed to do, and I had lots of questions. We had a chance to relax and enjoy the pool. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay and to return if we are in the area again. Absolutely horrible they have an amazing photographer because this place is nothing like the pictures. We specifically booked for the hot tub and double checked to make sure it was working. We were assured it was drive 4 hours to this horrible place with of course a hot tub that was ice cold. Called immediately for a refund or property switch.
