Check-out by 11:00 AM. Lock front & patio doors. If you used the lockbox key, lock the door, return the key to the lockbox, and ensure lockbox is locked. *Make sure all windows are closed and locked.
Clean-Up: *Please Put used towels in a pile in the bathroom, *Please Load and run the dishwasher, *Please Take trash to backyard bins.

Clean and quiet

Stayed with our family for Memorial weekend. It was a great location, close by to what we were wanting to do. Only drawback was that the propane from the outside grill was out when we tried to cook out. We ended up just using the kitchen to cook and everything was great.

Spacious and cute

This was a nice rental. The host was easy to communicate with and left welcoming gifts, which made our late night arrival much easier! The only issue we had during our stay was that the listing specified having a hair dryer, so we didn’t bring one with us. We were there for a wedding and had the bride and bridesmaids to get ready without a hair dryer. Luckily my husband ran out for one. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

The space was just what we wanted. My family and I enjoyed the home. It had all the amenities necessary to meet our needs in a vacation home.The neighborhood was very quaint and quiet. One of the highlights of staying there was to meet the proprietor of the home. They came out to serve a small need but to them it was a big deal to them.Will definitely look to occupy the home in future visits to Dallas
