They are aggressive and I was assaulted upon trying to enter this property. When I reached out to the property manager as suggested by VRBO, I did not receive any help finding the correct door. I was told to go to the valet and they would help me into the building. The valet staff said they do not work for the owner of the rental and they would not help me. When I relayed this to the manager, he said yes, they do not work for him and offered no other help. After I was assaulted and 5 hours had passed, I gave up trying to enter the property for the 31 days I booked and went to a hotel. This property is not as advertised and is not safe. ##### Doug W.
