We have remodeled the entire home and is ready to live in from the outside but we are waiting on permits to finish the outside. We are going to be adding a pool and redoing the front driveway. Unfortunately, the city of Dallas is taking a long time for permits to get approved so we are moving forward and opening just the inside of the home which is 100% finished as you see in pics. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers). 3\. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night.
