Overall, I had a great stay at Le Meridien Dallas by the Galleria. The staff was the best part of my stay, they were all very friendly, from the cleaning personnel to the front desk employees. The bed was very comfortable and my room adequate. However, by no means is this a four-star hotel. This is more of a two to three-star hotel, as it is old and in need of repair, and it lacks services a four-star hotel gives you, such as baggage porters. The restaurant is also underwhelming and pricey for the quality of the food.

Excellent location and property. It isn't new or very fancy, but if you want to stay near downtown without the traffic and noise then this location is perfect.

The room and staff were great. Aside from the Galleria across the street, the area is run down. The pool was closed for the 3 days we were there. No hot tub.

Keep in mind when booking there is a daily parking fee. The time my husband was there he said hotel was packed with young teams sport club running up and down halls which made it hard to relax .

As soon as we pulled up to the property we were blown away by how beautiful the building is. Check in was a breeze, thanks to the kind staff members who seemed pretty knowledgeable of the hotel standards and regulations. Massively spacious area, with stylish and comfy seating all around. The dining area and bar were magnificent. I have to say the elevators were so smooth and fast. I was impressed with the elevators and highly satisfied with them. Our room was very clean and the bed was like a cloud! Only thing I would complain about is our room temperature would never get below 72 degrees even at night. We were a bit uncomfortable at night. Didn't put too big of a damper on our stay though. They did have a water break on our second night there and they had a crew in to fix it immediately. It had a big impact on me that they got plumbers so fast and had different service crews there to help with clean up. Very timely. Walk right across the street to get into the Galleria was fast and easy as well. Will definitely be staying here again!!

This place was absolutely beautiful! The decor and ambiance were gorgeous. My room was so clean and well designed. I can’t wait to come back and right across from the mall. Lots of shopping and dining options. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The only thing that I had a small issue with was that the parking lot felt a little creepy at night Our room was freezing most the day on Saturday, until we realized that we couldn't manually operate our thermostat, and a couple of the fixtures in the bathroom needed tightening. Oh, and I wish the tub was bigger. Other than that,, all good

My car was stolen from this property, in broad day light. The gate that we all were paying for paid and secure parking lot just so happen to be “broken” and the area where my car was parked conveniently didn’t have cameras. The staff told me that I could speak with the General Manager. I have his contact number because I would like to discuss the matter, why the parking lot wasn’t more secured if the gate was “broken,” and how to prevent this in the future. I have called and the General Manager on a cell that was giving me and while he was at work (the staff I spoke to told me he was there), and he never answered the phone. He also never responded back to my voicemail. Not only have we stayed at this facility on multiple occasions, this trip we also encouraged 4 other couples to reside there with us. This General Manager didn’t have the decency to even give me a call back. I am more than furious and disappointed. I also was from out of town and had to inconvenience people just to help us get back home. I don’t know what I was expecting, but I expected more answers and a little more empathy. I will never stay here again and I will encourage anyone that I know to not stay here either.

Modern, quiet, clean. All rooms are suites. Beds have always been comfortable however this last time, the mattress was sunkin in. Time to replace it! Room 310 across from the elevator!

My partner and I enjoyed our stay. Our biggest takeaway was that someone built this beautiful upscale hotel but forgot to maintain it. The checkin was pretty easy. But when we asked for a luggage cart, they didn’t know where any of them were because they had no way to track them. The hallways were clean but the carpeting was bunching up in places (huge tripping hazard). When we got into the rooms, they were pretty nice but they have this fake accent wall next to the couch. I touched and it wobbled as opposed to being anchored. I was in the gym and happened to glance at the AED machine that appeared to have not been checked since 2017. (I’m in healthcare). All of the machines were in working order and housekeeping was leaving as I walked in. My friend came to pick us up and went to sit on the patio furniture out front that at first glance looked really nice. When we got closer, we realized that all of the cushions were really smooshed and very well used. That being said, we still sat down and we noticed that the armrest was loose on the outdoor sofa. The hotel was really secure and it was nice that we had to scan our key cards to get up to our rooms. Overall, the hotel was really pretty and our stay was enjoyable. I said at the beginning it was like Marriott built this beautiful high-end hotel, and forgot to keep it up.

Beautiful hotel !! We loved the decor and the rooms. We got a King Executive Suite. Maid service was excellent. The rooms were very clean and stylish. I appreciate the free passes for coffee and the museums, although they were closed for the holiday. Did not like having to pay for parking. Constant issues with the TV. Breakfast is not included, but the buffet is affordable with a decent selection. Great gym. It would have been nice if the pool was heated. Being across the street from the mall is a huge win.
