Nice but won't stay there again

Pros: It's modern decor
Cons: PARKING GATE!
Location: Across the street from the Galleria Mall. Close to restaurants.
Our first room was unacceptable. They had overlooked vomit on the bathroom door ... disgusting! However, they were gracious and promptly changed our room and offered free drinks or breakfast. The hotel staff was always very nice and accommodating. This is actually the 2nd time our family has stayed at this hotel. Both times we have had A LOT of difficulty with the parking - the gate NEVER works. We have been stuck in the parking lot. I actually don't think we will be staying there again - it's a lovely hotel but Dallas is full of hotels to choose from with better parking.

No coffee pot in the room. Not even a microwave. Charged for parking too. Not worth the stay.

I certainly hope you will be willing to give us another chance. I wanted to inform you that we do have coffee makers upon request along with microwaves. We unfortunately do charge for parking, however it is quite competitive to the comparing hotels around the area. I hope are travels are treating you well and certainly wish to welcome you back soon.

Very clean and quiet. Great location and close to shopping. Staff went above and beyond to help us find our daughter's bunny that accidentally got left behind and mailed it to us.

Girls Weekend

I planned a birthday getaway for my daughter and a couple of her friends. Check in was an easy process and the desk clerk answered any questions that I had. The hotel is beautiful and is across the street from the Galleria Mall. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Decent hotel, close to Galleria.

Hotel lobby is pretty, welcoming. Rooms need better maintenance. Bath faucet shot off during shower and almost injured person. Staff sent us to another room to bathe, & faucet there looked ready to blow off also. Management never followed up with us, only took off parking for our trouble.

Easy online registrartion, arival and departure quick and painless. We were asigned a room facing the courtyard, the lighting is quite poor and the drapes must be kept closed if you do not want to bee seen. Should you want a coffee maker you must request it at the desk.
