My only negative was water damage on ceiling. I was concerned that water would come in during rain storm. Also toilet not flushing properly. Not enough to change rooms. I just lifted lid and made the adjustment after flushing. Great staff. Easy on off freeway. Stayed 3 nights

Definitely did not get the room I paid for. I was put in a two queen bed room and paid for one king. When we got into our room the floors were sticky and dirty. Our telephone had a yellowish brown liquid in it and a nasty smell.

Other than the card reader going down and having to wait over a hour to get checked in my stay was amazing. Room was clean , quiet property & friendly staff . I definitely would recommend & be back !

Business Traveler They broke into our company truck, broken window and they took a couple of items from truck. Apparently this is not a first as per lady in the front office. We do auto transport not a safe place to stay.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. Service however could be much better. We stayed there Thursday night thru Monday. Friday morning I found out the hair dryer was not working so I called for a replacement which I was told was coming....never came! I asked again on Sunday evening and I was advise they did not have any extra and I would have to wait Monday morning. It finally arrived at 9am Monday when were about to check out. I didn't mind that they didn't replace our sheets, but they never picked up any of our garbage cans either. I had to put them out Sunday morning so they can pick them up.

Many things going on in town last weekend so while this is normally a quiet hotel, it was a little noisy this time. Room was comfortable, but a little more effort needs to be used by the maintenance staff, as the shower diverter didn't work well so not much water was available and only one of the two elevators was working and the cleaning staff was using it too.

I ended up here because I neglected to finalize another reservation. I ended up paying about $10 more, but it was worth it. Check-in was easy. Room was comfortable and had a microwave and fridge that I did not notice in the ammenities. Yes, it's an older building, but they've done it up a bit. I had a reliable crash space where I really needed everthing to just work in between gigs. I would easily stay here again. Parking lot was well lit and nothing felt seedy to me.

I had to be moved 3 times in one night. The first room hadn’t been cleaned throughly (there was still trash) the light switch was dirty Second room I was moved to people across from me were blasting their music. Third room people were just talking loud all night. Nothing was ever done. I've been trying to get a hold of the general manager and still haven’t heard back from anyone. Elevators were dirty. Please don’t stay there especially if you have children there is a lot of weird people.
