It’s very safe and enjoyable for walking. You will not need a vehicle in this neighborhood, but we do have ample parking if you bring one. :) Security Deposit Policy: \-A $500 security deposit is required for your stay. This amount is temporarily held and will be fully refunded within 7 working days after checkout, provided there are no damages, issues, or house rule violations. \-Please note that access to the property will only be granted after the deposit has been submitted, so we kindly ask that this step be completed before arrival to avoid any inconvenience. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. House Rules: \-Guest agrees to include all guests and pets staying overnight IN their reservation. Additional guests are charged a fee per night, and there is a $120 per unexpected pet fee for specialized cleanings. \-Guest agrees not to smoke on the property (including balconies and patios). If we find evidence of smoking, there will be a fine of $750 to recoup the cost of special cleaning and future cancellations. \-Guest agrees to no shoes to be worn throughout the home and to return all keys, passes, and openers to where they found it in the property. Failure to do so will result in a $95 fine. \-Guest agrees to have no mail sent to the home (UPS, FedEx, Amazon deliveries are permitted) and won't expect us to retrieve or return any lost packages or forgotten items. \-Guest agrees not to throw a party on the property. If evidence of a large gathering is found, there is a fine of up to $3000 and we reserve the right to terminate your reservation with no refund. \-Guest agrees to allow our maintenance and cleaning staff to enter the property during their stay to fix anything. From the pictures, it looks like a huge gourmet kitchen, with a gas stove that led me to believe there would be a stocked kitchen for me to prepare meals. I felt like the property was over priced considering we were only staying for one night and check-in isn’t until 5 PM and check out is at 10 AM, but I went ahead and pulled the trigger because the place was so cute; It was a present to my sister for her birthday to have some quality sister time. However, upon arrival we discovered pots and pans that are for an RV. Literally one frying pan that was maybe 7”. Nothing oven proof, zero cookie sheets, Not even enough dishes to serve four people, but above all, there were zero kitchen knives; I used a pizza, cutter and a butter knife to prepare dinner. They’re also wasn’t salt. The pantry had olive oil spray, avocado, oil, white vinegar, oatmeal, Microwave popcorn and pepper. It was just odd. How do you not have even one steak knife? I was willing to overlook all of this, however, I discovered that my bedroom had not been dusted; for WEEKS. THEN I discovered that my toilet didn’t flush; Then to add insult to injury my sister and I get up to get ready for brunch and the whole house is without hot water. Mgmt was prompt in responding but 10 am checkout gave no tie e to wait for asst. When I asked for compensation or a break on the bill, I was ignored ##### Ned S.
